These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site, you agree to them. Deployments of the Koretex platform — assessments, pilots, and production installations — are governed by separate written agreements between Koretex and each customer, and those agreements take precedence over anything here.

1. What this site is

This website describes the Koretex platform: private AI that runs on our customers’ own infrastructure. The content is provided for general information. It is not an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to any particular price, performance, or outcome — figures shown (such as cost comparisons) are illustrative, and your actual numbers are modeled during an assessment.

2. No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice. Whether a deployment satisfies the regulatory obligations of your firm is a determination for you and your advisers; we will support that evaluation during an assessment.

3. Intellectual property

The Koretex name, wordmark, and the content of this site belong to Koretex or its licensors. The Koretex software itself is open source and is licensed under the terms published with its source code, not under these website terms.

4. Third-party services

Briefings are scheduled through Calendly, and this site may link to other third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, content, or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

5. No warranty

This site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koretex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of this website. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, and it does not limit the terms of any signed customer agreement.

7. Changes

We may update this site and these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
