Privacy Policy

Koretex builds private AI that runs on our customers’ own hardware. Privacy is the product, and we hold ourselves to the same standard on this website. This policy explains what data we handle, and what we deliberately do not.

The short version

• This website has no accounts, no sign-ups, and no advertising or behavioral-analytics trackers. It is a static site.
• Your deployment data never reaches us. The Koretex platform runs on hardware you own. Your documents, prompts, and model improvements stay inside your environment.
• We collect only what you choose to give us — typically your contact details when you request a briefing.

Data you give us

• Booking a briefing.Our “Request a briefing” links go to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. When you book, Calendly collects the details you enter (such as your name and email) and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to its processing.
• Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can respond and follow up.
• Assessments and pilots. If we run a private assessment for your firm, the scope of any data involved is agreed in writing beforehand and handled under that agreement. By design, pilot workloads run on your infrastructure, not ours.

Data collected automatically

Like almost every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type) for security and operations. We do not use these logs to profile visitors, and we do not set cookies or embed third-party advertising or analytics scripts.

The product

Koretex deployments run on-premise or in your own cloud tenant. Your documents, prompts, conversations, and the improvements your usage makes to your model remain on machines you control. They are not transmitted to Koretex, and they are never used to train anyone else’s model. The software is open source, so your team can audit exactly what runs.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent personal data.
• We do not run advertising or behavioral-analytics trackers on this site.
• We do not receive or store the content processed by customer deployments.

Your choices

If you want us to delete your contact details or correspondence, email us and we will do so, unless we are required to keep them for a contractual or legal reason.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
