These terms govern your use of the Koretex mobile wallet application (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What Koretex is
Koretex is a non-custodial, self-directed software wallet for the Solana blockchain with an on-device AI assistant that helps you express wallet actions in plain language. Koretex is a tool. It is not a bank, broker, exchange, money transmitter, or financial advisor, and it does not hold, control, or have access to your funds or your private keys.
2. Your keys, your responsibility
- You are solely responsible for your wallet, your private keys and seed phrase, and every transaction you authorize. We cannot access, freeze, reverse, or recover them.
- If you lose access to your keys or your device, we cannot restore your funds. There is no password reset for a blockchain wallet.
- You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for reviewing every transaction before you approve it.
3. AI assistant and autonomous trading
The App’s AI assistant runs on your device and translates your instructions into proposed on-chain actions. It can misinterpret instructions or produce unexpected results. Every standard action requires your explicit approval before it is signed and submitted.
The App offers an optional autonomous-trading mode in which an on-device agent key you authorize can execute swaps and withdrawals without a per-transaction prompt. This mode is off by default, is opt-in, and is revocable at any time. If you enable it — and especially if you enable the option to bypass confirmations — you accept the added risk that trades may execute without a further tap. Regardless of mode, the agent can only ever return funds to your own wallet.
4. No financial advice
Nothing in the App is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Token prices, quotes, and routes shown in the App (including those sourced from third parties such as Jupiter) are estimates and may change or fail at execution. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Digital assets are volatile and you can lose some or all of your funds.
5. Third-party services
The App interoperates with third-party services and infrastructure, including the Solana network, Solana RPC providers, the Jupiter swap aggregator, and your device’s wallet (such as Seed Vault). We do not control these services, do not guarantee their availability or accuracy, and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, fees, or outages. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
6. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that transactions will succeed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koretex and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the App — including losses caused by your own actions, network conditions, smart-contract behavior, third-party services, or the volatility of digital assets.
8. Compliance
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax and securities laws and any sanctions or restrictions in your jurisdiction. Do not use the App for unlawful purposes.
9. Changes
We may update the App and these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.
